A little about who I am, how I came to yoga, and what you can expect when we practice together.

Hi, I'm Your Name. I teach yoga as a practice of presence — not performance. My classes blend breath-led movement, functional alignment, and space for rest.

I began teaching after years of my own practice helped me recover from burnout and reconnect with my body. That experience shapes how I hold space: patient, curious, and attentive to what each student needs that day.

Whether we meet one-on-one or in a small group, my goal is the same: help you build a practice that feels honest, sustainable, and supportive of your daily life.
