My work sits at the intersection of mindful movement and practical wellbeing. I teach people who want yoga to feel accessible — beginners, busy professionals, parents, and anyone returning to their body after stress or injury.

Sessions are never about hitting a perfect shape. They are about listening, adapting, and building a relationship with practice that lasts beyond a single class.

Breath as anchor

Every session begins with conscious breathing. It calms the nervous system and gives you a tool you can use off the mat.

Functional movement

Poses are taught for real bodies — with modifications, props, and options so strength and mobility grow safely.

Rest as practice

Stillness is not an afterthought. Restorative segments help you integrate and leave feeling grounded, not depleted.
