Individual sessions are the most direct way to work together. We start with what your body needs today — not a generic sequence — and adjust in real time as you move, breathe, and rest.
Many students book a single session to get oriented, then return monthly or seasonally for tune-ups. Others prefer a short series of four to six sessions to establish a home practice.
